Roles and Responsibilities:Technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systemsRespond to user inquiries and resolve IT-related problemsMonitor and maintain the health and performance of IT systems, networks, and Desktops.Perform routine system updates and patches to ensure security in systemInstall, update, and configure software applications for end-users.Ensure software licenses and compliance with software usage policies.OS re-installation for corrupted laptops or desktopsMS Office365 installation and configuration of outlook and teamsNetwork troubleshooting in end-user deviceHardware failure detecting using diagnostics via boot
