Role Description
We are seeking a VAS (Value-Added Services) Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The VAS Specialist will be responsible for managing value-added services, coordinating with telecom operators, implementing and monitoring service deployments, and analyzing post-implementation performance metrics. The role will require collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and optimization of customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in managing Value-Added Services (VAS) and familiarity with telecom industry operations
- Technical proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting VAS platforms and services
- Analytical skills for performance monitoring, reporting insights, and proposing service optimizations
- Proficient in customer relationship management and effective communication with stakeholders
- Experience in AI-powered service solutions is an advantage
- Relevant educational background in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic on-site environment
