Role Title: Sales PMO

Reporting to: Head Strategy
Purpose of the Job: The Sales PMO will drive planning, governance, and performance management for the sales function within the organization. The role focuses on strengthening execution discipline, enhancing distributor and route-to-market efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making to deliver volume, revenue, and market share growth. The incumbent will act as a central coordination point across sales, supply chain, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of commercial priorities.
Key Deliverables / KPIs:
- Drive sales planning and review cadence (AOP, monthly, weekly) ensuring alignment with business targets and market realities.
- Monitor and track primary & secondary sales performance, highlighting gaps and driving corrective actions.
- Govern sales force productivity metrics.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, scorecards, and MIS for leadership visibility and decision-making.
- S&OP coordination with supply chain to minimize stock-outs and optimize inventory across depots and distributors.
- Track and evaluate trade schemes, promotions, and incentives, ensuring ROI and effectiveness.
- Support execution of new product launches (NPDs) and market expansion initiatives. . Conduct market visits and audits to validate ground execution and identify improvement areas.
- Drive standardization of sales processes and governance frameworks across regions.
Education: MBA/PGDM
Years of Experience: 5+ Years
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate sales and distribution data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience in sales MIS, dashboards, and performance tracking tools .
- Understanding of route-to-market models, distributor management, and GT/MT channels.
- Proven ability in sales planning, forecasting, and target setting.
- High ownership with strong program management and execution rigor.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, execution-driven environment
Industry Experience: Beverage/FMCG Industry preferred
