1. Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership teams across Support Functions
- Understand business priorities and translate them into actionable HR plans
- Drive organization effectiveness, team structures, and role clarity
2. Workforce Planning & Budgeting
- Lead manpower planning and budgeting in alignment with annual operating plans
- Monitor headcount vs. budget and provide actionable insights
- Drive cost optimization and productivity metrics
3. Talent Acquisition Interface
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to ensure timely closure of open roles
- Drive hiring prioritization, TAT adherence, and quality of hires
- Participate in key/critical hiring decisions
4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of issues
- Drive a positive employee experience and workplace culture
5. Performance & Talent Management
- Support performance management cycles, calibration, and capability building in collaboration with COEs.
- Identify high-potential talent and drive succession planning
- Partner with L&D for targeted interventions
6. HR Governance & Processes
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance frameworks
- Drive HR process excellence and continuous improvement
- Maintain data integrity and leverage HR analytics for decision-making
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Corporate HR team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee manpower budgeting and planning for support functions, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to attract, hire, and retain top talent for open positions.
- Handle employee grievances and provide fair and timely resolutions, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to support function teams.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, implementing innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Corporate Office.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and technology is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
