Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Contacting borrowers via phone, email, and other communication channels to collect outstanding student loan payments, and explaining loan terms, payment plans, and consequences of non-payment.
  • Negotiating repayment plans or settlements in accordance with company policies.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records of borrower interactions and payment agreements in the CRM system.
  • Following up with borrowers on broken promises and missed payments.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve borrower queries or discrepancies.
