Tool Room Kolar Job Description Monitoring & review of tool breakdown, Why-Why analysis for major breakdowns
▪ Ensure Adherence to Tool PM & TBM plan
▪ Prepare & Allocate Tool room machines for In-house tool manufacturing
▪ Prepare Check Sheet, History Card, Master List, TBM Calendar for adherence activities as per plan
▪ Identify projects for Tool Cost Reduction, Tool Breakdown reduction / occurrence reduction
▪ Review & make Supplier performance based on Tool inward inspection report
▪ Raise PR for Tool spare & Monitor Inventory
▪ Raise PR for raw material required for In-house Tool Manufacturing
▪ Train and Guide Tool PM person
