Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a VARC Faculty at our Ahmedabad location. The VARC Faculty will engage in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for the Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension sections of competitive exams such as CAT, IPMAT, and CLAT. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality teaching material, addressing individual student needs, conducting detailed evaluations, and providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Maintaining a student-centric approach and motivating students to achieve their best potential are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, and English Language skills
- Confident teaching abilities with experience in engaging and motivating students
- Analytical problem-solving skills to understand and address diverse student requirements
- Familiarity with aptitude-based exams (CAT/CLAT/IPMAT) and related syllabi
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design personalized learning strategies and study plans
- Previous experience in academic or competitive exam training preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or related discipline
