About Varaha Climate

Varaha Climate is a leading Climate Tech startup using AI, geospatial analytics, and machine learning to drive carbon markets and sustainability solutions. We are looking for an ML Engineer to develop computer vision models, optimize ML pipelines, and implement MLOps best practices.

This role is Work from Office in Bengaluru, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & optimize computer vision models (YOLO, UNet, etc.) for object detection & segmentation.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Implement MLOps best practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning).
• Deploy models on cloud & edge environments using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Optimize performance for training & inference on GPUs/TPUs.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in ML Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with computer vision models (YOLO, UNet, etc.).
• Strong in Python, data structures, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment.
• Proficiency in AWS (S3, SageMaker, Lambda, Kubernetes) or equivalent cloud services.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in geospatial data processing & remote sensing.
• Knowledge of distributed computing (Spark, Dask, Ray).
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning).
