About the role

Responsibilities Assist in designing and developing machine learning and deep learning models using Python Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets (both structured and unstructured) Train and evaluate models using libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow Contribute to internal research, model benchmarking, and experimentation Document experiments, code, and results for reproducibility and collaboration Qualifications Skills & Qualifications Strong foundation in Python programming Understanding of core machine learning algorithms and concepts (e.g., regression, classification) Familiarity with deep learning techniques and neural networks Experience with ML/DL libraries and tools: scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, or TensorFlow Education Currently pursuing or recently completed: B.Tech in Computer Science or related fields from IITs only, or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields from a recognized institution Bonus Points Participation in ML competitions or contributions to ML research Interest or experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or MLOps Exposure to climate or geospatial datasets What We Offer Join a small, ambitious, and international team and enjoy the following benefits: Mentorship from a cross-functional, impact-driven team Opportunity to work on real-world, scalable AI systems tackling climate change A collaborative and creative work environment
