VARAD AUTOCOMPONENT LLP is looking for an experienced
Plant Head to lead our
Press Forging Unit at Wai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall Plant Operations, Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC & Tool Room.
- Achieve Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery targets.
- Drive OEE, productivity, capacity utilization and cost improvement.
- Improve forging process efficiency, die life and machine reliability.
- Lead Lean, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage a strong cross-functional team.
Candidate Profile
- 15–20+ years of experience in forging / auto-component manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Press Forging.
- Proven experience as Plant Head / Plant Manager / Operations Head.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and KPI management skills.
