Job Title: Deputy Manager – VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Deputy Manager – VAPT with strong hands-on experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT). The candidate will be responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities across applications, networks, and infrastructure, and supporting remediation to strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for web applications, mobile applications, networks, and infrastructure.
- Perform manual and automated security testing to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
- Prepare detailed VAPT reports including risk ratings, proof of concept, and remediation recommendations.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to track and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Perform secure configuration reviews and security testing during different stages of development and deployment.
- Support red team / security testing exercises when required.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in improving the organization’s security posture, processes, and security awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in VAPT or cybersecurity testing roles.
- Hands-on experience in web application, network, and API security testing.
- Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and security testing methodologies.
- Experience using security testing tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Metasploit, and Nmap.
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security architectures.
- Ability to analyze vulnerabilities and recommend effective remediation strategies.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or Security+ are preferred.
- Experience with cloud security testing (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps concepts.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple security assessments
