Senior Living Community Nurse — RN or LPN
Part-Time | Daytime Hours
Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Position Summary
New City Supportive Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to join our care team. In this role, you will provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their assessments and individualized care plans, under the direction of the Wellness Director.

Position Requirements
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
- Recent experience in a fast-paced healthcare or senior living environment preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical, and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with medication pass procedures and documentation requirements
- Valid CPR certification required
- Recently expired CPR certification is acceptable; we can assist with recertification
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing care and services in alignment with each resident’s care plan
- Assist with medication administration and accurate documentation
- Take vital signs and monitor residents’ overall health status
- Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding resident needs, changes, and treatment plans
- Support the Wellness Director with clinical oversight as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned and within scope of practice
