About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the community.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Experience operating cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners)
