Quality & Production Operations Manager

In this pivotal role, you'll lead our global quality systems strategy while overseeing key aspects of day-to-day production, ensuring that every ride meets our promise of innovation and excellence. Our mission is to embed quality and efficiency across the entire supply chain, from design to delivery. You'll collaborate closely with global teams in Taipei and Amsterdam, working with R&D, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Operations, to strengthen supplier partnerships, streamline production, and champion continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to influence both strategic direction and operational execution at a critical point in our journey. We're seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in quality assurance, production oversight, and supplier development within complex manufacturing environments.
