About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues to maintain service standards.
  • Conduct due diligence on new and existing partners to safeguard the company’s reputation.

Contract and Negotiation Management

  • Prepare and manage RFQs, proposals, purchase orders, and agreements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to drive favorable outcomes.
  • Ensure all legal and contractual documents (NDAs, MSAs, and insurance certificates) are properly executed and compliant.

Quality and Compliance

  • Inspect purchased items and address any quality concerns.
  • Ensure procurement processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Sourcing and Analysis

  • Analyze market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Lead procurement strategies for Direct Marketing Expense (DME) categories.
  • Develop and implement centralized procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/resource planning software.
