About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company’s image, brand, and products.

Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure positive media coverage.

Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.

Organize and execute press conferences, media events, and product launches.

Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

Content Creation & Management:

Create high-quality written content for press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media.

Assist with developing messaging and brand narratives for both internal and external communications.

Work closely with the marketing team to align PR content with overall marketing strategies.

Media & Social Media Relations:

Build a database of media contacts and influencers relevant to the industry.

Pitch stories and secure media placements across various platforms, including print, digital, and broadcast media.

Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging communication across all channels.

Event Management:

Support the planning and execution of marketing and PR-related events, such as webinars, product launches, and conferences.

Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track and measure the success of PR campaigns using media monitoring tools and analytics.

Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of PR efforts, media coverage, and social media engagement.

 

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Creativity and the ability to think strategically.

Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.

Knowledge of PR tools and media monitoring software is a plus.
