Senior Endpoint Management Consultant Company: VanHack Location: Burnaby, BC, Canada Posted: Today Job Description: As a Senior Endpoint Management Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the endpoint infrastructure for our clients. This includes tasks such as deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting endpoint devices, managing software and security configurations, and ensuring compliance with IT policies. Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the endpoint infrastructure for our clients - Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint devices - Manage software and security configurations - Ensure compliance with IT policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions - Provide technical support and training to end-users Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in endpoint management and support - Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Jamf) - Familiarity with cloud-based endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager) - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies About VanHack: VanHack is a leading HR and recruiting platform that connects top tech talent with leading companies around the world.
