We’re building one of India’s fastest-growing college esports ecosystems, and we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us as Vanguard Cadets.
This isn’t just an internship it’s a hands-on opportunity to work on real esports events across top colleges like IITs, BITS, and more.
As a Vanguard Cadet, you’ll be directly involved in:
- On-ground esports event execution
- Player & team coordination
- Tournament operations
- Working with brands, production teams, and organizers
