As a CRM Marketing Manager with a focus on E-Mail Marketing (m/w/d), your mission is to bring the hottest news, the coolest promotions, and the latest looks to the men out there. Automations and CRM systems are your tools to develop email campaigns that are really worth something. - As a general, you plan and control our email marketing campaigns - from powerful newsletters to unbeatable automated concepts. - As a doctor, you constantly examine our results and KPIs and prescribe the right cure for a quick recovery. - Trial and error: You conduct A/B tests to perfect subject lines, content, and calls to action. - As a true style icon, you always have the latest trends on your radar and know what's going on in email marketing. - From the results of our marketing activities, you create analyses and presentations in collaboration with our marketing analyst that are really worth seeing. - As a true communication talent, you independently coordinate with internal departments and external service providers. - You carry out data selections and set up customer contact histories so that we can really hit the men out there in the heart (and their inbox). - As a diligent mail carrier, you ensure that the deliverability of our mailings is constantly improving based on analyses. - As our security, you ensure that data protection and legal requirements are always met. - As a newsletter translator, you coordinate the translations and country-specific addressing (DACH + NL).
