actAs a Conversion Marketeer, you make every potential customer count! You’ll play a key role in improving the customer journey and increasing conversions across Vandebron’s flagship channels — the Website and App. Your data-driven insights and optimizations directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfacti


on.
Working closely with the E-commerce Manager, our external Digital Agency, Marketing & Digital Team, Developers, and UX Designers, you’ll identify pain points, craft innovative improvements, and turn data into real results. From A/B testing to leading strategic CRO projects, you’ll make a tangible impact on our digital performa

What you

  • bringConversion Optimization – At least 2 years of experience in CRO within e-commerce or digital mark
  • eting.Data Analytics – Strong analytical skills with expertise in GA4, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar
  • tools.A/B Testing & User Research – Proven experience in running and analyzing A/B tests and user behavior st
  • udies.Technical Affinity – Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and potentially JavaScript to collaborate effectively with devel
  • opers.UX/UI & SEO Knowledge – Understanding of UX/UI principles, behavioral psychology, and copywriting for conve
  • rsion.Project Management – Strong organizational skills to manage multiple optimization projects simultane
  • ously.Communication – Ability to explain complex data insights and CRO strategies to diverse stakeho
