Discover more about our work, our ethos, and our vision on our website, . **Location** Bangalore || In-Office ****About the Role**** We’re searching for a highly capable Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operational processes. Your strategic oversight will be crucial in enhancing efficiency, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence at Vance. ****What You’ll Do**** * **Leading Continuous Improvement Initiatives:** Identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement best practices across Vance to drive operational excellence. * **Developing and Deploying Standardized Processes:** Create and implement automated solutions to support Vance’s growth and ensure consistency in operations. * **Analyzing Existing Workflows:** Evaluate current workflows to identify areas for improvement, implement changes to enhance efficiency, and ensure scalability. * **Leveraging Data Analytics:** Use data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, make informed decisions, and drive business performance. * **Liaising with Stakeholders:** Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and alignment with Vance's goals. * **Delivering Excellent User Journey:** Ensure a seamless end-to-end user journey within the app, maintaining excellent adherence to service levels as per commitments to users and regulators. * **Maintaining Budget and Resources:** Manage costs and resources within budget, drive efficiencies through automation, simplification, and AI to meet targets. * **Identifying System Gaps:** Identify gaps in current systems, policies, and strategies, and recommend enhancements and process improvements to mitigate risks. * **End-to-End Communication and Resolution:** Own end-to-end communication and resolution with partners and internal support teams to solve queries and ensure seamless operations. ****What We Want**** * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partners and complex operations efficiently. * Proven capability in creating and implementing processes and structures to streamline operations. * Experience working in a banking environment and FinTech is required. * Experience in payment operations such as card processing operations for banks, payment gateway reconciliation, etc. is desired. ****Who You Are**** * **Strategic Thinker:** Proven ability to develop innovative and effective operational strategies. * **Data Savvy:** Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to drive decisions. * **Industry Aware:** Preferably with knowledge of or experience in the fintech landscape. * **Global Mindset:** Experience or deep understanding of Western and/or Middle Eastern markets is a plus. * **Impactful Work:** Your strategic insights and execution will be key to Vance’s global growth.
