Startup exposure: Work alongside founders, product, and design; see how a fintech is built from scratch. What You'll Do Craft new screens, components, and micro-interactions for iOS & Android. Work in two-week sprints, join stand-ups, refine tickets with product & design. Refactor, write unit tests, keep code coverage > 80 %, and squash bugs. Complete bite-size modules on navigation, animations, profiling, and CI/CD. Pitch & prototype your own "stretch" feature during monthly Hack Friday. You're a Great Fit If You Have JavaScript fundamentals—ES6+, async/await, arrow functions. React basics—props, state, hooks, JSX. Mobile curiosity—you've built or cloned at least one React Native app (personal projects welcome). Problem-solving chops—debug methodically, ask sharp questions, and Google like a pro. Team spirit—clear written & spoken English, respectful Git etiquette, love for feedback loops.
