We are looking for a Value Stream Manager with strong plant operations experience to drive end-to-end value stream performance across production, quality, cost, and delivery in a manufacturing environment. The role will work closely with the Plant Head to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall value stream performance including production output, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations while ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, HSE, and quality standards
- Lead production planning, scheduling, and shop-floor execution
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Lead cross-functional teams and projects focused on operational efficiency and process optimisation
- Support ESG-aligned initiatives within manufacturing operations
Experience Required
- 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Background in FMCG, personal care, pharmaceuticals, food, or home & personal care industries
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and shop-floor operations
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
