โข Gather, analyse, and document US healthcare business requirements
โข Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
โข Identify process gaps and automation opportunities
โข Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and business teams
โข Support project planning, UAT, and solution validation
โข Maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation
๐๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ
โข 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
โข MANDATORY: US Healthcare domain experience (Payer / Provider / PBM / Claims / HIPAA)
โข Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
โข Experience with Agile / Scrum and SDLC
โข Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart
โข SQL / reporting tools โ preferred
