🧾 Job Summary
A career in Valuation offers an exciting opportunity to work across diverse business structures and markets, supporting Corporates and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The role involves working on acquisition and liquidation valuations, loan securitization, and due diligence assignments for leading banks and NBFCs.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and identify properties under valuation, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Heritage assets
- Draft and prepare detailed valuation reports
- Collect and verify project-related information with minimal supervision
- Analyze comparable properties and compute weightage calculations
- Gain hands-on training on relevant valuation databases and tools
- Organize research findings into structured and meaningful deliverables
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with in-country valuers
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation and a willingness to learn and add value to the organization
🎓 Education & Experience
- Graduation: Any discipline (candidates with relevant experience preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years in valuation, consulting, or a related field
🛠 Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
🌐 Language Requirements
- Hindi & English, Gujarati (mandatory)
- Knowledge of any one vernacular language is an added advantage
✈️ Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel across India based on business requirements
