We’re Hiring | Associate – Valuation

Role: Associate – Valuation
As part of our valuation team, you will gain hands-on exposure to real-world financial decision-making, working on a wide range of valuation engagements for clients across sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in business valuations, ESOP valuations and financial reporting valuations
- Work on DCF models, market approach and asset-based valuations
- Support Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) and impairment testing assignments
- Prepare financial models, valuation workings and detailed reports
- Conduct industry research, benchmarking and financial analysis
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for data gathering and clarifications
- Ensure audit-ready documentation aligned with applicable standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
- Working knowledge of valuation methodologies
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and report-writing skills
Preferred Candidates
- Semi-qualified CA or
- Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience in valuation
