Mobile Lead

Lead the design, development and enhancement of modern mobile applications on Android and HarmonyOS platforms. Well versed with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture), performance best practices, and reusable components. Integrate apps with backend APIs, CMS systems (like AEM, Sitecore), analytics, and MarTech tools. Collaborate with DXP teams to ensure cohesive omnichannel experiences across mobile and web. Interface with product owners, designers, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery coordination. Optimize app performance and memory usage; proactively address crashes and stability metrics. Guide release process to Play Store and Huawei AppGallery, ensuring compliance with publishing standards. Stay updated on emerging trends in mobile UX, foldables, wearables, and accessibility. Lead and mentor a team of Android and Harmony developers; conduct code reviews and tech assessments. Participate in sprint planning, story point estimation, and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.
