Visit valleycontax.com for more information. Our growing company seeks a remote, full-time career-oriented M-F Customer Service Representative to join our team. There is opportunity for training in consultation upon completion of CSR training and demonstrated proficiency in customer service. On-the-job training is extensive. Computer and remote equipment (headset) is provided by employer. We pay $55/mo toward your internet connection costs. Shift: M-F 8:45am-5:15pm Pacific Coast Time/M-F 11:45am-8:15pm Eastern (we are firm on this schedule) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responding efficiently, accurately, and politely to customer calls, live chats, faxes, and email correspondences in a fast paced, high call volume environment; Assisting customers with general questions regarding products and services including taking, entering and tracking orders, explaining our warranty policy, and directing customers to resources available on our website; Performing related duties as assigned by a team leader or manager; Demonstrated proficiency in customer service prior to proceeding with consultation training; Maintaining regular, punctual attendance; Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook and other internally used software programs); Ability to use an order processing system and multi-line phone system; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive, encouraging and respectful attitude; Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices; Have attention to detail and flexibility to handle custom account needs. Requirements: Reliable and adequate internet connection (we pay $55/mo toward your internet costs); Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance; Ability to communicate clearly and professionally on the telephone; Proficient computer and data entry skills.
