Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Validation / Test Engineer to support validation, testing, and quality assurance activities across our software systems and business applications. While the primary focus of this role is software testing and QA, the position will also support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities in regulated environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on testing and wants to build deeper experience in validation and compliance.
Qualifications
Primary: Software Testing & QA
• Understand business and functional requirements and convert them into test scenarios and test cases
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
• Support release readiness, go-live activities, and continuous quality improvement
• Contribute to test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing approaches
Secondary Responsibilities – Computer System Validation (CSV) Support
• Assist in validation lifecycle activities for SaaS and internal business systems
• Prepare and maintain validation documents such as URS, FRS/DS, IQ/OQ/PQ, Risk Assessments, Traceability Matrix, and Validation Summary Reports
• Support change control, periodic review, and re-validation activities
• Assist in audit and inspection readiness by maintaining proper documentation and evidence
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and data integrity principles
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and defect lifecycle
• Experience with QA/testing and issue-tracking tools
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of CSV, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Risk-based Testing, or Automation Testing is a plus
