Role Description
The Validation Manager will oversee the quality assurance and validation processes for interior design projects to ensure they meet the highest standards of precision and functionality. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing validation activities, collaborating with project design teams, conducting quality checks, assessing design compliance with project criteria, and facilitating post-completion evaluations to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves continuous improvement of validation processes to maintain Bonito Designs’ commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience with validation processes, quality assurance, and compliance in interior design projects.
- Proficiency in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to assess and solve design and execution challenges.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate across teams and guide validation processes effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technical knowledge required for design validation (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software is a plus).
- A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the interior design or construction industry is advantageous.
