Key Activities

Reference Technical Solution Definition

Define reference technical solutions based on existing product portfolio and platform roadmaps

Analyze product portfolio and platform evolution roadmap to ensure solution consistency and reuse

Anticipate customer needs through CDPs, COs, customer meetings, and technical days

Define and document standard reference technical solutions

Support promotion of products and solutions to customers prior to RFQ engagement

RFQ Technical Solution Definition

Define customer-specific technical solutions for each RFQ

Analyze customer specifications and identify technical gaps

Build optimized technical solutions using product portfolio and platform standards

Prepare and submit technical offers

Interact directly with customers during RFQ phases for clarification and alignment

Support Project Manager during RFQ preparation and submission process

Product & Platform Roadmap Contribution

Provide feedback on customer needs and emerging trends to Product Management

Support evolution of product portfolio and platform roadmap based on customer inputs

Contribute to definition and improvement of product and platform strategies

Cost & Effort Estimation

Provide initial cost and development effort estimation for proposed technical solutions

Support feasibility assessment and trade-off analysis for solution selection
