About the role

We are looking for dynamic and passionate Agri Advisors / Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves promoting agricultural products, providing technical advice to farmers, building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and contributing to the growth of our agri-business. Freshers with enthusiasm to work in the agriculture sector are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities ✅ Promote and sell agricultural products (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, bio-products, etc.) to farmers, retailers, and distributors. ✅ Provide farmers with advice on crop protection, nutrition, and best agricultural practices. ✅ Conduct field visits and on-ground demonstrations to generate demand. ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and channel partners. ✅ Collect market intelligence and competitor activity reports. ✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. ✅ Organize and participate in farmer meetings, field days, and promotional activities. ✅ Create informative agricultural content (videos/posts) for social media to educate farmers (optional, if applicable). ✅ Maintain proper sales documentation and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (B.Sc. Agriculture preferred, but not mandatory). - Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English. - Interest in agriculture and understanding of farming practices. - Sales aptitude and customer relationship management skills. - Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas. - Ability to create educational agricultural videos (preferred but optional). Experience Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Experience in agricultural sales or advisory will be an added advantage.
