Vajro has built an automated mobile app platform that enables E-Commerce brands to instantly create native Android & iOS apps.The Technology & Product team is a very critical part of Vajro. The team is responsible for developing innovative technology by staying abreast of emerging trends, guiding implementations and staying current on reference implementation patterns, and creating a technology security assessment standard.Responsibilities:Product Engineering: Be a quick learner and problem solver, capable of operating in a fast-paced environment where time to market is crucial.Feature Ownership: Own medium-to-complex features from technical design through completion.Timely Delivery: Deliver software on time, make accurate estimates, and meet those estimates.Best Practices: Insist on best practices for software development and documentation, ensuring designs meet requirements and delivering high-quality work on tight schedules.Reporting: Proactively report on the progress of development, quality, operations, and system performance to stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:Experience: 2 to 4 years in developing large-scale cloud-native or enterprise-grade web applications (preferably SaaS products) using NodeJS and React.Web Frameworks: Strong understanding of modern web frameworks and the latest standards.Database Management: Extensive experience in developing scalable solutions using RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).Coding Standards: Passionate about writing clean, modular, secure, and unit-testable code.API Design: Experience in designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs.Version Control: Proficient in using version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).DevOps Practices: Knowledge of CI/CD and other DevOps practices is an added advantage.Why join Vajro?Our Culture: We are a 55-member team that loves to play just as hard as we work.Unlimited Leaves: Your paid time off has no limit.
