What you’ll be doing: 

Drive Revenue & Placements Growth: Achieve growth monthly in revenue and job placements through strategic sales efforts and partner relationships. 

Expand & Manage Channel Partners: Grow the network of channel partners, fostering strong, long-term collaborations. 

Oversee Financial Health: Manage P&L and ensure portfolio health, balancing client mix and optimizing costs to generate maximum possible ROI from our channel partners. 

Lead& Develop Teams: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and account management team. 

Implement Business Development Strategies: Execute go-to-market strategies to expand channel reach and market presence. 

Ensure Quality & Partner Success: Maintain high standards in service delivery, ensuring partner profitability and satisfaction.. 

Ensure Partner Success: Drive up orders from Partners and revenue achieved to ensure partner moves towards profitability, increasing satisfaction 

Drive Product Adoption & Efficiency: Collaborate with product leaders to implement key initiatives, enhance regional adoption, and optimize product and operational efficiencies. 

Innovate for Growth: Identify innovative strategies for business expansion and collaboration. 

You’ll thrive in this role if you: 

● Have7+ofoverall experience with a strong focus on sales and business development 

● Have led a team of highly motivated sales and account management executives to deliver aggressive month on month targets 

● Thrive on being in the field, connecting directly with customers and partners to gather on-ground insights, and bringing those valuable learnings back to the team to drive impactful changes. 

● Understand P&Ls and can drive better outcomes to support it. 

● Lead with inspiration, fostering a high-performance culture and guiding your team to excel. 

● Communicate with clarity and confidence, building strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders. 

● Collaborate well with cross functional teams to increase partner satisfaction and profitability 

● Have spent time in industries like BFSI, Telecom, Hospitality, Healthcare, Delivery or Mobility, expanding and managing their supply side.
