Job details:
Are you a 2-4 year UX/UI designer with bigger ambitions than your current role allows? Ready to move past pixel polishing and into real product shaping, with the mentorship and creative range to back it up?
Work on a minimal and super modern point-of-sale platform used by restaurant and retail owners across Europe and Asia. One of the real challenges of this role is designing a single cohesive product that works across mobile, tablet, desktop, and web — same flows, same system, radically different contexts. Getting that right takes genuine UX thinking, and you'll learn a lot doing it. You'll design inside a living Google Material Expressive system, collaborate in a small tight-knit team, and have the space to explore, experiment, and refine. You'll use AI as a creative partner, not a shortcut, and work with people who care about clarity, detail, and the craft of interaction design.
WHY DESIGNERS LOVE WORKING HERE
Design drives direction You enter early in the process, shape the problem, sketch paths, and influence the product instead of cleaning up decisions made elsewhere.
We care about the craft Clean visual rhythm. Confident typography. Thoughtful motion. Interaction moments that feel alive. You help define the language, not mimic it.
Real ownership, not assembly work You move from rough flows to refined UI, build patterns that scale, and design experiences that become part of a cohesive system.
Mentorship with real substance Weekly critiques with a senior product owner, open conversations about intent and decisions, and guidance that helps you develop a stronger design perspective.
Deep focus culture Predictable planning, maker-friendly time blocks, and a culture that values thinking before rushing. No late-night chaos, no "design this by tomorrow" surprises.
Remote setup, real collaboration Clear async rituals, structured working sessions, and intentional calls that feel focused rather than performative.
