Job Title: UX/UI Designer (Expert) – US Personalization (Discovery Support)
Exp – 7 to 10 yrs
Type: Consultant / Contract
Location: Remote (supporting US customers; collaboration with global teams)
Role Summary
We are looking for an expert UX/UI Designer with strong research skills to support US-focused personalization initiatives. The role focuses on user research, rapid testing, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to help discovery teams validate ideas quickly and improve decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, concept testing) with US customers
* Plan and run rapid validation cycles for ideas, prototypes, and flows
* Support discovery teams in framing hypotheses and selecting appropriate research methods
* Advise on what to test vs. explore further
* Recruit and manage US participants for research activities
* Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
* Communicate insights to cross-functional teams and contribute to team rituals
* Enable a consistent weekly/bi-weekly testing cadence
* Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones
Mandatory Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in UX research within US e-commerce / omnichannel retail
* Expertise in qualitative research methods (interviews, usability testing, concept validation)
* Proven ability to choose the right research method based on the problem stage
* Experience conducting research with US-based users
* Ability to plan, recruit, and manage participants effectively
* Strong capability to synthesize insights into actionable outputs
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in fast-paced agile/discovery environments
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
