Role: Lead UX Technical Writer / UX Content Writer
Location: Bangalore (Mahadevapura / ITPL Area)

Are you passionate about crafting clear, user-centric content that simplifies complex technical concepts?
We’re looking for a Lead UX Technical Writer / UX Content Writer to join our UX team and help shape seamless product experiences—especially across domains like risk, compliance, security, and ESG.
What You’ll Do:
- Write UI microcopy, user guides, release notes & API documentation
- Create system documentation (architecture, troubleshooting, workflows)
- Collaborate with UX designers, PMs & developers
- Turn complex technical concepts into simple, intuitive content
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and structure
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years in Technical Writing + UX Writing experience
- Strong in API & software documentation
- Hands-on with DITA, Confluence, HTML, CSS, XML
- Experience with MadCap Flare / Markdown & Git
- Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration
Bonus:
- Experience in structured authoring
- Exposure to Agile environments
- Understanding of usability & accessibility
