We operate in an AI-first culture where speed, experimentation, automation, and data-driven decision-making are deeply embedded into the way teams work. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, curious about emerging technologies, and comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance productivity, creativity, and product outcomes.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing complex product modules, enterprise workflows, dashboards, and workflow-heavy SaaS applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX design for SaaS product modules from discovery to final delivery.
- Independently drive design initiatives with minimal supervision in a fast-paced product environment.
- Design intuitive workflows, dashboards, and enterprise experiences for operational and business users.
- Translate business requirements and user pain points into seamless user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity UI concepts.
- Build scalable and reusable design systems/components for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continuously improve usability and adoption.
- Leverage modern design workflows and AI-powered tools to improve speed, experimentation, and efficiency.
- Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across product modules and customer touchpoints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in UX/Product Design for SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing ownership of product modules, workflows, dashboards, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to work as an Individual Contributor and independently manage multiple design initiatives.
- Hands-on expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience designing workflow-heavy platforms, admin panels, analytics dashboards, or operational systems.
- Strong understanding of Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Visual Design, and User-Centered Design principles.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, AI-first work culture with high ownership and rapid iteration cycles.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in agile product teams.
- Understanding of responsive design and developer handoff processes.
Good to Have
- Experience in eCommerce, retail-tech, logistics-tech, OMS, WMS, or supply-chain SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools/workflows.
- Understanding of product analytics and data-driven design decisions.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend feasibility.
- Experience working in fast-paced product startups or growth-stage SaaS companies.
What We’re Looking For
- A self-driven designer who thrives in a solo-player/IC setup.
- Someone comfortable working in an AI-first, high-ownership culture.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently solve product and UX challenges.
- Ability to simplify complex enterprise workflows into intuitive and scalable experiences.
- Customer-first thinking with a balance of usability, business impact, and execution speed.
- Curiosity to continuously learn, adapt, and experiment with modern tools and workflows.
