Job Summary
As a UX Designer, you will be a key contributor within our design studio, responsible for owning and executing high-quality design work across projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, product teams, and fellow designers to understand problem statements, translate requirements into strong design solutions, and deliver meaningful user experiences. This is a hands-on role with significant involvement across all stages of the design process.

Responsibilities
1. Design Execution & Problem Solving : Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and constraints, and translate them into intuitive and effective design solutions.
2. End-to-End Design Contribution : Contribute across the design lifecycle—from research and synthesis to wireframes, interaction design, visual design, and final handoff—ensuring high-quality outcomes.
3. Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with clients, product managers, developers, and internal designers to align on requirements, present design concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
4. Quality & Consistency : Ensure consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to design principles, brand guidelines, and usability standards across all deliverables.
Requirements
1. Experience : 0-3 years of experience in UX / Product / Interaction Design.
2. Education : A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Hard Skills : Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals. Ability to independently execute design work and demonstrate a portfolio of high-quality, well-thought-out projects.
4. Soft Skills : Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and engage constructively with feedback. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and supporting junior designers when needed.
