We are looking for a passionate UI/UX design intern to work directly with the founders on real product challenges. This is a high-learning, hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build strong product thinking, sharpen visual design skills, and gain deep experience in designing digital products from the ground up.
If you are excited about creating intuitive user experiences, love working on design systems, and have a strong foundation in design tools and principles, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders to design product experiences from concept to execution.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Contribute to building and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma.
- Translate product ideas and user needs into clean, intuitive, and functional interfaces.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Continuously improve designs based on feedback, usability thinking, and business goals.
- Participate in a structured 6-month learning journey focused on practical product design.
Requirements
- Strong grounding in design tools and workflows.
- Very good knowledge of UI/UX design concepts, visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, colour, and usability principles.
- High proficiency in Figma.
- Good understanding of design systems, components, variants, and consistency in product design.
- Ability to think through user journeys and solve design problems clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn continuously.
- A portfolio that shows a thoughtful design process and strong visual execution.
