About The Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Motion Designer / Video Editor / UI/UX Designer to join our creative team remotely. This full-time position is ideal for a professional with 2 to 6 years of experience who possesses a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of digital design trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual content across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and social media. Collaboration with marketing, development, and product teams will be essential to produce engaging and cohesive visual assets that align with brand strategies and project objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects, from branding and marketing campaigns to UI/UX design, providing a platform to showcase your creative talents and grow within a forward-thinking organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphics, motion videos, UI/UX designs, and video editing is essential. Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma or Adobe XD. Additional skills in visual design, typography, motion design, and video production are highly desirable. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Create compelling visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, banners, posters, and branding materials.
- Design logos, brand identities, brochures, and digital creatives that align with brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency of brand visuals across all platforms and materials.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Develop engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and promotional content for various channels.
- Produce animations for product demos, advertisements, and social media reels to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate on explainer videos and visual narratives that effectively communicate complex ideas.
Video Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and product promotion purposes.
- Incorporate effects, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Create short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
UI / UX Design
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications that are intuitive and visually appealing.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to facilitate seamless user experiences.
- Work closely with developers to implement responsive and accessible designs, ensuring usability standards are met.
The candidate will be expected to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continually improve output quality.
