About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer specializing in Figma to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that align with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience principles, proficiency in Figma, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of the design process. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive product success.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess 7-8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with strong proficiency in Figma. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, along with experience in prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. A recent, high-quality portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI projects, including research, wireframes, and final designs, is mandatory and will be shared with clients for evaluation. Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and additional tools like Adobe XD or Sketch will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences using Figma, ensuring intuitive and engaging digital solutions.
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and innovative design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Maintain consistency across all design assets by contributing to and adhering to established design systems.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and innovation.
- Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to relevant standards and guidelines.
