UX Designer (3+ Years Experience)Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, user research, and usability principles, with the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless user journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, and developers
- Perform usability testing and improve designs based on feedback
- Ensure consistency across products through design systems and guidelines
- Continuously optimize user experience based on data and user behavior
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and best practices
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in UX Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Basic UI design knowledge
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
