Salary: ₹15,000/month (Up to ₹5,000 hike within 3 months based on performance)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and creative UX Designer (Fresher) who is eager to learn and work on real-time projects. You will be involved in designing user-friendly interfaces and improving user experience across web and mobile applications.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and rapid growth in the design field.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes
- Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation
- Improve usability and user experience of existing products
- Conduct basic research and gather user feedback
- Maintain consistency in design elements and layouts
- Learn and follow UX/UI best practices
Technical Skills (Basic Understanding Required)- Basic knowledge of UX principles and usability
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma / Adobe XD preferred)
- Understanding of UI basics (colors, typography, spacing)
- Basic knowledge of wireframing and prototyping
- Understanding of responsive design
- Basic awareness of how websites/apps function
Candidate Profile- Strong willingness to learn and grow in UX design
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of design concepts
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication and learning attitude
Requirements- 0–1 year experience (Freshers welcome)
- B.Des / B.Tech / Any relevant background
- Portfolio (academic/personal projects acceptable)
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad
Preferred (Nice to Have)- Hands-on projects (college or personal)
- Basic understanding of user research
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML/CSS – plus point)
