We're Partnr — India's #1 quick-commerce platform for two-wheeler spare parts. Think Blinkit, but make it grease and gears.
We're digitising the lives of 40,000+ mechanics across 30+ cities, helping them order genuine spare parts in under 2 hours, access credit, and run their workshops like real businesses. Our users have grease on their hands and use our app every single day. That's who you'll be designing for.
The role — what you'll actually do
→ Design flows, screens & micro-interactions for the Partnr mechanic app → Run user research — yes, sometimes at actual garages (more fun than it sounds) → Collaborate with product & engineering to ship features, not just ideas → Build design components that scale across 30+ cities → Turn messy, real-world problems into clean, usable product decisions → Iterate fast. Measure what landed. Fix what didn't.
You might be our person if…
→ You obsess over why something is confusing — not just that it is → Your portfolio has opinions, not just pretty screens → You'd rather solve a real problem than win a Behance award → You're okay designing for users who are very different from you → You can handle ambiguity and still ship something by Friday
Probably not for you if…
→ You need 4 rounds of approvals to change a font → You think UX is just making things look nice → You're not curious about why a mechanic in Jaipur orders parts differently than one in Chennai
