About the role

An HR Systems Analyst is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions, as well as training employees on changes in HR systems and/or processes. Supports the high-level design, build / development, testing, roll out, training and change management activities associated with implemented new HR business processes and systems on an enterprise scale. Develop and maintain issues lists, action items, project statuses, business process flow diagrams, communication plans, training plans, etc. associated with the assigned projects. Assess the company's business system requirements and plan for changes in ERP systems to meet these needs. Analyze current problems and review system capabilities to determine how to conduct operations more efficiently. Research, design, implement, and maintain ERP solutions. Support Upgrades and Implementations. Provide training and user support after changes in systems and/or procedures are implemented. Review, test, and implement system upgrades or patches. Serve as a liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g., payroll) to ensure that they are fully supported by and efficiently using ERP systems. Maintain awareness of current trends in ERP systems. Designs and develops simple to moderately complex configurations or code changes in relation to changing needs, laws, etc.
