Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Utility Operator for a full-time, on-site position located in Khurda. This role involves operating utility systems and equipment, including overseeing processes related to wastewater treatment and steam systems, monitoring and maintaining heavy equipment, and troubleshooting operational issues. The Utility Operator will play a critical role in ensuring plant operations' efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Wastewater Treatment and Utilities operations
- Experience in maintaining and handling heavy equipment and steam systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in technical and utilities-related processes
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and operational compliance
- Physical ability to operate and manage heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Prior experience in a similar role within the utilities or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Technical certification or diploma/degree in a relevant field is preferred
