Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Utilities Manager at the Chengalpattu facility. The Utilities Manager will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of utility services, including water, Tankform (HFO, RLNG and LNG) and wastewater treatment processes. The individual will manage the facility's infrastructure, ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards, and optimize energy consumption. Additional responsibilities include creating and monitoring budgets for utilities, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading initiatives to improve utilities performance.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Utilities management, including knowledge of energy optimization and water resource management
- Strong Analytical Skills to monitor, assess, and improve utility performance
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) operations and infrastructure maintenance
- Familiarity with Budgeting processes and cost control in utility services
- Knowledge of Wastewater Treatment systems and environmental compliance
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in technical and operational matters
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is preferred
