Develop, implement, and deliver various immersive multi-disciplinary learning opportunities. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EDevelop and oversee curricula implementation and yearly updates. Includes performance data tracking. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EManage personnel in regards to work expectation, attendance, and evaluations. Recruit and train new hires. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EAssist with building courses, logistics, schedules, and data management. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EAdministrator level operation of learning management system - Education Management Solutions (EMS) Simulation IQ system. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EAssists development of business plans for the simulation center. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EConducts financial processes including invoices and collections from multiple departments. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ELiaison to assist faculty and staff with grant applications. Maintain processing of yearly documentation, revisions and renewals. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EMaintain current and future accreditations to include; ACS-AEI and SAGES FLS, FES and FUSE. Compile and complete applications. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EOversight and/or performance of equipment maintenance and purchasing including simulators, robots and task trainers. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EManage and track supply inventory, ensure stock levels, and order items as necessary. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EMaintain IACUC and other standards in the operations the ARC lab.
