Collects, processes, and disposes, performs proper warewashing%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDepartment Goal of 95 on Press Ganey attained. (79 and below =1, 80-89=2, 90 and above=3).%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EParticipates and completes all mandatory UT and Sodexo training (MyLearning, FOSS, ICARE, Walk the Talk, Food Safety, physical safety, TOPS, etc.)%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPromptly alerts supervisor immediately of any issues with patients, equipment, or food. Follows up to ensure patient issue was resolved to patient satisfaction.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist in the maintenance and cleaning of food delivery carts and equipment for Room Service. Ensure Cart Cleaning Log is initialed. Alerts management of any issues.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssures patient safety by adhering to the two patient ID method of verifying the MRN# and the patient%27s name on the medical ID bracelet. Verbally verifies patient name with patient and alerts nursing of insulin trays, diet office, and supervisor on duty if potential issues arise or the information does not correspond.
